1:1 Mentorship for Breath & Alignment — 4-Week Programme

This 4 week 1:1 online mentorship is a guided, personalised experience designed to help you reconnect with your breath and realign your inner and outer world. Rooted in breath awareness, this program adapts to your unique struggles and intentions through tailored weekly sessions.

  • Week 1: Awareness & Assessment — We begin with breath observation, correcting patterns, and discussing key concerns. You’ll receive personalised PDFs to support your understanding.

  • Week 2: Introduction to Breathwork — Based on your current emotional and physical state, we begin your first tailored breathwork session.

  • Week 3: Deepening Awareness — We explore emotional or energetic blockages, combining conversation with a breath session suited to your evolving needs.

  • Week 4: Integration & Inner Exploration — A final, deeper breathwork journey to access the subconscious layers of the psyche and facilitate transformation.

This mentorship offers a safe, structured, and supportive space. Optional continued sessions will be available if required upon completion.
