About Me..
With a foundation in serving others for many years and a degree in Psychology, caring for and supporting people both on a personal and professional level came naturally to me. Though one thing that wasn’t so right about this was the fact that I overlooked the importance of turning that care inward, neglecting my own needs despite the level of suffering.
For years, I didn’t realise how much my life experiences had impacted me, let alone that they could be called “trauma.” Nowadays it’s hugely recognised but it wasn’t until around 2018 / 2019 that I finally paused long enough to acknowledge the weight of that word and what it actually meant for me.
As a child, I became independent early on, learning to overcome challenges quickly on my own. I assumed that being able to solve problems and move on meant I’d overcome it all, but in reality, it remained unresolved. There was no true realisation of the impact it had and lack of self value. Beneath the strong, problem-solving exterior, there was a lot of unresolved shadows that needed to come to light.
Going through big life changes and transitions, I ended up dealing with several health issues, with anxiety being the loudest. It felt like it became my whole identity, overshadowing everything else. I described it as “death” — because that’s exactly how it felt. But looking back now, I see that anxiety was actually what pushed me to my breaking and, eventually, to my turning point.
I surrendered. I was desperately asking for change. There was a subtle awakening, a readiness to meet the shadows and as you’d guess, it wasn’t easy, it was raw and humbling. That’s when things slowly began to shift, it was the start of a new chapter. Old stories dissolved, new paths revealed, and slowly, I began to feel more steady, alive, and true.
I finally woke up.
What made the difference was a real shift in mindset and intention, plus the support of tools and practices that helped me move through. I can see now how everything had to break so I could rebuild — thresholds that led me toward light, toward life, and for that, I’m deeply grateful.
The journey of unlearning, relearning, being, and becoming..
Meditation had always been part of my life, but in 2019, I started to take it more serious, approaching it more consciously. I later incorporated breathwork into my routine, noticing the subtle benefits. By 2023, after a powerful breathwork ceremony in Bali, I fully committed to deepening my practices and studying the modality, gaining deeper insight.
I began to dedicate more time to meditation, breathwork, and movement, realizing how transformative all three modalities were when combined for healing and reconnecting. My nervous system was going through the reset it needed. I was becoming more aware, aligned and connected to my mind and spirit. I later qualified as a meditation and breathwork facilitator and a couple of years later I stand as a Holosomatic Therapist.
I believe that you have to explore your own depths before you can stand with someone else in theirs. While there’s always more to meet, there’s a quiet steadiness, that simply welcomes what is and it feels like home.
After this period of growth, introspection and intuitive downloads, Conscious Mind Body Soul was born — as a result of tapping into the divine energy within and aligning with purpose, holding the intention to help others on their journey.
If you’ve made it this far — thank you :)
Now, along this path I learned the power of vulnerability, of being real and showing up fully to meet others in their own truth, within this safe container.
While this isn’t all there is about me, it’s just a small fraction of a story of a soul who chose to be me in this lifetime.
We are deeper, we are expansive.
Here’s your invitation: to let go of the armor and take that leap of faith if you feel called.
The journey is ongoing, one that never really ends but invites us to show up with awareness and honesty — a continuous unfolding for me, for you, for us all.

Mission
My work is grounded in a simple but powerful intention: to support others in returning home to themselves. Not to fix, but to gently guide people back to who they’ve always been beneath the layers of tension, conditioning, and disconnection. I believe that when we remember who we truly are, we naturally begin to live, serve, and relate from a place of wholeness, growth, and purpose — contributing to a more regenerative and connected world.
Conscious connected breathing is a profound pathway for this return. By healing the nervous system and restoring the breath, we begin to reshape how we think, feel, and move through life — developing greater capacity, resilience and presence.
