Service Description
This 4-week guided journey will assist you on your path to balance and presence through intentional breathwork and one to one mentorship. You'll gain deeper awareness of your mind and body, releasing tension and restoring ease. Each week builds on the last, helping you reconnect with your breath and with yourself through exploring deeper layers of your being. You have the opportunity to deepen your connection, gain clarity, resilience and a sense of wholeness. This is an invitation to realign with your true nature, moving through life with authentic presence. The program is designed for anyone seeking a grounded, thoughtful approach to find their natural flow. No prior experience is needed - all you need to bring is openness and and true intention. 2hr weekly session structure: Week 1: Awareness & Assessment — We begin with breath observation, correcting patterns, and discussing key concerns. You’ll receive personalised PDFs to support your understanding. Week 2: Introduction to Breathwork — Based on your current emotional and physical state, we begin your first tailored breathwork session. Week 3: Deepening Awareness — We explore emotional or energetic blockages, combining conversation with a breath session suited to your evolving needs. Week 4: Integration & Inner Exploration — A final, deeper breathwork journey to access the subconscious layers of the psyche and facilitate transformation. Cancellation Policy
Please note that cancellations cannot be accommodated. However, rescheduling is available if requested at least 48 hours prior to the appointment. This allows for proper planning and ensures that the time reserved can be used effectively. Thank you for your kind understanding and cooperation.
